We will collect information that is required to fulfilling your order which includes your contact details, billing information and shipping address.

We make sure our website is secure for you to use your credit card. Card payments are not processed through pages controlled by us. We use one or more online service providers who will encrypt your card or bank account details in a secure environment. 

PRICE AND PAYMENTS

The price payable for the products that you order is clearly showed in our website.

Our website will allow the customers to make purchase and make payments at their flexibility and convenience. For our online customers we accept payment via online payment gateway. We also accept purchase requests from our Instagram shop as well.

Please be certain that all contact details are accurate when placing an order so we can get back to you if any issue arises.

CURRENCY

Our base currency is in Maldivian Rufiyaa. However, SeefromtheSky website allows you to view the products in other currencies as well. 

RETURN

Our first priority is to guarantee you with best product and customer satisfaction. In the event that you are not completely happy with our product we offer either a full refund or an exchange of the item for something of the similar price.

We ensure our items are hand picked, independently reviewed for quality confirmation prior to dispatching. However, if you would like to report a product defect, please email shop@seefromthesky.com within 7 days of delivery and the product should be in the original condition (no detachments of the labels).

CANCELLATIONS

Once the orders are placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded as your orders are processed instantly.
